Ray A. Ghaner is a partner
in the law firm of Gill, McManamon & Ghaner

Penn Street, Huntingdon. Originally a native of State College,
Pennsylvania, Ghaner first came to Huntingdon to attend Juniata
College. While at Juniata, Ghaner was a 4-year starter and
All-Conference standout on the Juniata College Football Team. After
college, Ghaner attended Penn State University – Dickinson School
of Law where he was a member of the Penn State Environmental Law
Review.
After practicing law with
a mid-sized Central Pennsylvania firm and a large Philadelphia-based
firm, Ghaner opened his own private practice in 2008. In 2013,
Ghaner joined Scot Gill and Peter McManamon as a partner in their
current firm, Gill, McManamon & Ghaner.
Attorney Ghaner has a
license to practice in all courts of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania
as well as the Federal Court for Middle and Western Districts of
Pennsylvania. Attorney Ghaner's practice includes Real Estate,
Estates, Civil Litigation, Bankruptcy, and Elder Law. Attorney
Ghaner and Attorney McManamon also provide their expertise as the
solicitors for the Huntingdon County Children & Youth Services.
Attorney Ghaner is a past-President of the Huntingdon County Bar Association. He is active in the Huntingdon County Rotary and is currently serving on their Board. Attorney Ghaner also serves as Solicitor for J.C. Blair Hospital.
Ghaner resides in Huntingdon with his wife, Allison, and their two children.
